Ordered by eight countries including the United States, the C-27J is the only true, modern and effective tactical airlifter available anywhere in the world. The C-27J has been deployed successfully to Afghanistan by the Italian, Lithuanian and United States Air Forces.It has also operated humanitarian flights to Mali. In July 2011 Mexico became the latest C-27J customer, joining a group which also includes Greece, Bulgaria Romania and Morocco.
