Alenia Aermacchi conceives and supplies Integrated Training Systems extending from harmonised training philosophy to Ground Based Training System (GBTS), Mission Support System, Training Management Information System and Logistic Support. The ITS can use Alenia Aermacchi trainers, from the state of the art M-346 lead-in fighter trainer to the new M-345 basic trainer and classic SF-260 screener, or be integrated with existing legacy types.

The unique Alenia Aermacchi background in a vast range of military aircraft and its 50 years of training experience with dozens of Air Forces allows a deep understanding of requirements and an ITS tailored to customer goals and budgets.

The first ITS customer is the Italian Air Force, which in conjunction with its M-346 order also acquired for its 61st Wing Flying School a complete package including Academic Training System, Simulation Based Training, Flight Training Device and Full Mission Simulator.
