Logistic Support 
Selling an aircraft is just the first step in the special relationship between Alenia Aermacchi and its customers.

Its dedicated operations and logistic support organization provides “turnkey” service to rationalize logistic support requirements and optimize cost-effectiveness.
Effective logistic support is a product in its own right.
Using its internal support and engineering center and advanced IT and communication tools, Alenia Aermacchi staff promptly meets all customer needs on site, including complex maintenance and repairs, spares and technical information.
From removing components to repairing them at the customer's base and restocking spares, the dedicated Alenia Aermacchi support unit controls the various phases of the logistic chain, supplies the required support tools and maintains the aircraft.
Services include the incorporation of aircraft modifications and the collection and processing of maintenance data.

Customers availing themselves of Alenia Aeronautica logistic support already include Airbus, ATR, Boeing, Dassault, Eurofighter and Panavia, as well the Italian Air Force, Customs Police, Coast Guard and various air forces worldwide.
